We make every effort to ensure our website is up to date and accurate however on occasion some information may be out of date or inaccurate. We make every effort to accurately display the correct colour of images and these may vary on different computers. All horse care products are either sent out the same day of ordering or next day. All rope items have a maximum of 1 week dispatch time to allow for production as these are all hand made to order. We will not be responsible for personal injury, loss or damage. We will not be responsible in the event of any damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer due to incorrect use of any of our products. When purchasing care products please always read the labels take steps to avoid contact with eyes and ingestion and keep out of reach of minors With all of our rope products please be aware that there may not be any breakaway parts so care should be taken not tie up your horse up in a rope halter and not to misuse any rope items that may cause harm or injury to you, your horse or any members of the public and their property

Return Policy
RETURNS and REFUNDS Horse Care Products Eligible for Return or Replacement All items purchased from the Hoof and Skin Care range can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and unopened and in the original packaging if found to be faulty or damaged. Horse Leads Pays Return Postage. Handmade Rope Returns Rope items may be returned if found to be faulty or damaged Horse Leads pays for the return postage. All rope items are handmade to order Handmade / Rope Items Return Exemptions All handmade rope items that have been made to your order requirements that are not faulty, damaged or a change of mind
